Meeting ahead of the NATO summit in the city of Vilnus on 11 July, 2023

Stating that the modern world is going through a global historical process of transformation into a multipolar structure of international relations, which is inevitably associated with military conflicts, one of which is in Ukraine.

Taking into account that its root cause was the unbridled far expansion of NATO to East up to very borders of the Russian Federation, in gross and perfidious violation of the International Agreements reached in the 90s. It was particularly the NATO that provoked this military conflict in Ukraine.

Noting the real background for the beginning of the Special Military Operation (SVO). The western mass media immediately formed a frenzied Russophobia, under the pressure of which were fell not only great Russian historical persons such as Dostoyevsky, Tchaikovsky, Tolstoy, Pushkin, but also even Russian folk musical instrument balalaika fell under the mentioned pressure. Since February of the year 2022, the European Union (EU) and NATO have continued to actively support the Ukrainian nationalists with paramilitaries to indirectly entered the open war with Russia. By starting acts of state vandalism in the EU and, above all, the demolition of Soviet monuments in support of Neo-Nazism by every possible way, not disdaining barbaric methods.

Condemning unleashed linguocide and segregation of the Russian language, in violation of all international norms and the UN charter, attempts to wipe away the Russian language, ignoring its official status as one out of six languages of the United Nations.

Noting the historical truth is that when the Baltic republics joined NATO in the spring of 2004, this step was not only a demolition verdict for their independence, but also the blow to the economy and social sphere. It was exactly during the period of 2004-2008 that many factories and enterprises that had industrial ties with Russia and Belorussia were closed. The level of impoverishment of the population has noticeably increased, uncontrolled unemployment has bloomed, people started to immigrate in mass in search for a better life.

Noting the disregard for international treaties, pacts and agreements, and further development of NATO, whose malicious actions and aggression penetrated many countries of the world in: Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. This aggressive bloc is responsible for the hunger and poverty of hundreds of millions of people around the world. It is the one who is guilty of many wars and armed conflicts, in destruction of entire states and the genocide of peoples.

Noting that Nazism in all its forms and manifestations is a crime. The defenders, supporters, sponsors and patrons of Nazism are the same criminals as its performers. The West in its competitive interests are systematically and brazenly falsifies history. Our weapon against Nazism, against its patrons and sponsors, as well as against all sorts of falsifiers and deceptive commentators on history is only the truth, only true facts, only living witnesses of historical events.

Drawing the attention of the broad masses of workers, pensioners, peasants and public organizations to:

– The aggressiveness of the development of Neo-Nazis as of right-wing radical servants of imperialism in the form of the NATO military-industrial bloc, which earns on the armament of Neo-Nazi corporate gangs in an effort to get super-profits by unleashing local and international conflicts and wars.

– The inadmissibility of the further use and distribution by the Neo-Nazi bloc NATO of weapons of mass destruction, in the form of nuclear weapons, both depleted uranium shells and in the form of dirty bombs, created in the territories of military conflicts with the aim of unleashing the nuclear war.

– The need to expand international anti-fascist solidarity, welcoming the Baltic International Anti-fascist Movement of Compatriots – BIMAC; welcoming the network of International Ukraine Anti-Fascist Solidarity – IUAFS; welcoming other anti-NATO movements, as well as international movements to combat illegal sanctions imposed by the United States.

PARTICIPANTS  AGREED:

1. Expand the dissemination of objective information about the class Neo-Nazi nature of NATO. Call on all people of good will to unconditionally condemn Nazism in its forms and manifestations, as well as to stop any attempts to falsify history and replace it with fictions and far-fetched conjectures (myths) based on lies.

• Expand participation and strengthen the resistance organization in the fight against illegal extraterritoriality of US sanctions, trade, economic and financial sanctions, fascism, Nazism, segregation, Russophobia, xenophobia, lingouicide, genocide, Neo-Nazism and NATO.

• Agree with the Paris Declaration of December 14, 2022, signed by European political parties, recognizing the United States as a documented global imperialist.

• Continue the broader support for the Russian army in the conduct of the Special Military Operation (SVO).
