Statement by the Chair of the CPRF Central Committee A real hysteria has swept the West about the alleged “atrocities” of the Russian Army in the city of Bucha located near Kiev. The victims of the “atrocities” were allegedly discovered as soon as our Army left the region. The Russian Federation has declared the necessity to call an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council in order to demand that Ukraine provides evidence.
